Water Reuse & Recycling System Water Reuse & Recycling Complete design and manufacturing of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, turning process wastewater into clean water for reuse and cutting discharge, for plants of every size.
Plants must rely on specialised treatment and off-site disposal. Plating, dyeing, and chemical plants with concentrated wastewater pay well above average.

Hydrosys designs, manufactures, and supplies Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems matched to your wastewater. Our vacuum evaporators separate clean water from waste, sharply cutting disposal volumes.
Reduce wastewater disposal costs
Comply with environmental regulations
Turn effluent back into usable water
A Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system separates clean water from waste by evaporation and condensation, enabling reuse, minimising waste, and cutting wastewater costs by up to 15×.
Treated wastewater that still can’t be released under regulations, or carries high disposal costs.
Evaporation and condensation separate water from concentrated waste, cutting waste volume dramatically.
Return the water to production, leaving only a little concentrated waste or dry powder for disposal.
We design and manufacture Zero Liquid Discharge systems for industrial plants, selecting the right technology for each type of wastewater — reducing wastewater volume, increasing water reuse, and supporting long-term sustainability goals.
The system operates under vacuum (-1 bar), so water boils at roughly 35°C. No additional steam infrastructure to invest in — simply plug it in and it’s ready to run.
Factory-assembled units that install and pipe up quickly, with no extra structures or support systems to build.
The system’s installation layout and operation can be tailored to your site constraints, wastewater volume, and each plant’s operating profile.
Reduces effluent discharge, increases water recirculation within the plant, and supports business practices aligned with long-term sustainability goals.
Built for factories with highly concentrated wastewater, strict effluent discharge limits, or water reuse goals, reducing costs and long-term environmental impact.
Plating, textile dyeing, chemical and pesticide manufacturing, electronics, and steel and foundry plants.
Sites near communities, green zones, or water supply sources, plus factories with ESG policies or sustainability commitments.
Hydrosys covers design through after-sales support, so your system runs efficiently, meets standards, and delivers a solid return.
Wastewater analysis and system design by specialist engineers.
Custom-built: materials, sizes, and functions matched to your wastewater.
World-class equipment imported and delivered straight to you.
Ongoing care and maintenance by our expert technicians.
Both ZLD models use vacuum evaporation, differing in how far they reduce wastewater. Choose to match your plant’s goals.
Concentrates wastewater until the waste crystallises, recovering clean water and crystals for disposal.
Evaporates water out of wastewater for reuse. The remaining waste stays a concentrated liquid.

We analyze your plant’s wastewater in the lab to select the most suitable treatment method.
We design the system and select equipment to match your wastewater characteristics.
We calculate costs and prepare a quotation with full specifications for your review.
Once design and price are agreed, sign the contract and place the order; production then begins.
When production is complete, we deliver the machinery to your site.
Covered throughout the warranty period, typically one year (or as stated in the contract). If anything goes wrong, our team is ready to help.
Hydrosys designs, manufactures, and supplies end-to-end water treatment systems for a wide range of wastewater challenges, keeping water management cost-effective.

Reduce sludge volume, plus hauling and disposal costs, with sludge dewatering and drying systems.

If BOD, COD, or TSS levels still exceed the limits, an advanced treatment system can boost performance.

Turn effluent back into a resource with a Water Reuse & Recycling system.

Avoid the expense of ill-suited equipment with a treatment system that handles high volumes right from the source.
For over 30 years, industrial plants across many sectors have trusted Hydrosys to design, install, and maintain efficient, cost-effective wastewater treatment systems.

About our wastewater treatment
systems and related equipment
A Zero Discharge System lets a plant stop discharging wastewater off-site. It separates the stream into clean distilled water that can be reused and a much smaller volume of concentrate or dry powder — cutting both cost and the burden of wastewater disposal.
A conventional system treats wastewater into "effluent" and then discharges it or sends it away for disposal, because it still cannot be returned to production. A Zero Discharge System reuses everything instead, releasing no liquid from the plant — only a small amount of concentrate or dry powder for disposal.
Typically it cuts the wastewater sent for disposal by around 70–95%, depending on the type of wastewater and the equipment selected.
Yes. The treated water is very clean and can go back into production lines, washing systems, or other reuse within the plant.
Yes — our engineering team handles installation, start-up, and commissioning until the machine is fully operational, with after-sales care and maintenance to follow.
