Manufacturing & Import Membrane Filtration for Advanced Wastewater Treatment

Step up to tertiary treatment with membrane filtration that removes residual contaminants, chemicals, and heavy metals conventional systems miss.

Our Systems

Wastewater too complex
for conventional treatment

Some wastewater carries hard-to-remove contaminants, while many plants face space limits and need to reuse water. That calls for a purpose-built advanced treatment system.

Hydrosys engineers membrane filtration systems to match your wastewater profile and goals, improving treatment performance, enabling reuse, and keeping effluent within standards.

Membrane filtration system for wastewater

Membrane filtration
can solve it

Membrane filtration removes what conventional treatment leaves behind, bringing effluent up to standard, cutting environmental impact, and readying water for reuse.

Our Process

A treatment process that reduces environmental impact

Treatment systems remove contaminants, organic matter, and solids from process wastewater so it meets quality standards before discharge or reuse.

01

Pre Treatment

Screens, grease traps, and equalisation tanks remove large solids, sediment, and grease to lighten downstream treatment.

02

Treatment

Physical, chemical, or biological processes, such as aeration and microbial systems, treat contaminants and organic matter.

03

Advanced Wastewater Treatment

Fine filtration, disinfection, or membranes polish treated water, removing residues and pathogens for discharge or reuse.

Our Systems

Industries suited to membrane wastewater filtration

Membrane filtration suits factories with hard-to-treat wastewater, growing treatment loads, or reuse goals, improving efficiency and water-management value.

Factories with hard-to-treat wastewater

Wastewater with chemicals, color, odor, or contaminants beyond conventional systems, e.g. chemical plants, metal plating, paint and ink, textile and dyeing.

Factories that need more treatment capacity

Rising wastewater volumes from expanded production, needing more treatment capacity without a bigger footprint or rebuild, e.g. food and beverage, agricultural processing, paper mills, chemical plants.

Why Hydrosys

What makes Hydrosys different

Membrane filtration engineered to raise water quality, handle complex wastewater, and enable reuse, improving operations and cutting long-term costs.

FAQ

Common Questions

About our wastewater treatment
systems and related equipment

Still Have Questions? Ask Us
How long do membrane sheets last?

Around 3–5 years for PVDF and 5–7 years for PTFE, depending on water quality and how the plant operates them.

What do we do if a membrane fouls?

Use CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) — a chemical wash that clears the build-up and restores filtration. If that does not resolve it, our maintenance team can take over.

Can water from an MBR system be reused?

Yes. Suspended solids and micro-organisms are filtered out, making it suitable for industrial reuse such as cooling towers, boilers, and cleaning work.

Can an MBR be added to an existing system?

Yes. It can be retrofitted into your current treatment system to raise efficiency and handle more wastewater, without rebuilding everything.
