MIXER

Submersible Mixer

Product Details

Submersible Mixer is a submerged mixer that creates circulation in wastewater treatment tanks and basins, preventing sedimentation and stratification of the wastewater. It is suitable for reaction tanks, equalization (EQ) tanks, Anoxic/Anaerobic tanks and sludge holding basins. The waterproof motor can be installed underwater, and the impeller creates a Jet Flow current that distributes flow throughout the tank, reducing dead zones with low energy consumption. Wetted parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

Key Features: Submersible Mixer
  • Waterproof motor for underwater installation and operation
  • Impeller creates a Jet Flow current that distributes flow throughout the tank
  • Double Mechanical Seal waterproof sealing system for greater operating safety
  • Installation position and angle can be adjusted flexibly
  • Wetted parts made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion
  • Supports installation in tanks and basins of various shapes
  • Helps prevent sedimentation and liquid stratification
Benefits: Submersible Mixer
  • Keeps water and sludge homogeneous throughout the tank
  • Prevents sedimentation and odor from stagnation
  • Improves reaction efficiency in Anoxic/Anaerobic tanks
  • Energy-efficient mixing
  • Submerged installation saves space
Working Principle: Submersible Mixer
  • 1. The waterproof motor drives a propeller submerged under water.
  • 2. The propeller creates a directional jet flow that pushes the water mass.
  • 3. The water mass circulates throughout the tank, keeping suspended solids and chemicals uniformly mixed.
  • 4. This prevents sedimentation and stratification in the tank.
Supported Industries
  • Equalization (EQ) tanks
  • Anoxic/Anaerobic tanks in biological systems
  • Chemical mixing tanks
  • Sludge holding basins
  • General basin and tank mixing in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment systems
