Working Principle: Sludge Dryer
  • 1. Sludge is conveyed through the drying chamber, which uses low-temperature hot air from the heat pump.
  • 2. Moisture evaporates from the sludge.
  • 3. The water vapor is condensed in the heat-pump unit so its heat can be recovered and reused.
  • 4. The dried sludge is cooled before discharge for safe storage.
